All product logistics, stock management, order fulfillment, and local fast shipping are handled directly through our fulfillment partner hub in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (UAE)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)
  • Free shipping all across UAE

Delivery Area
ModSouq currently delivers only within the United Arab Emirates. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
