Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (UAE)

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)
• Free shipping all across UAE

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location, typically 7–14 business days. International shipping fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
